Why paintball is not an X-treme sport...

My best snowboard move, before the crash, was a "Stalefish to Melon Grind". (Helmets GOOOOOOOD!!!!!!)

I think that paintball could BECOME an extreme sport with two BASIC Additions.

"Soap" shoes, these are shoes that have a plastic insert over the ball of the foot so you can walk up to a metal object and "grind" it like an inline skater.

Rails, so we can hang a flag 8 feet over eh ground, and the only way to get it is a spectacular jump OR to grind a rail. You want extreme? Under fire, run up to a rail, lock your soaps on it, and grind UP the rail for the flag, grab it, then grind DOWN the other side!

THAT'S EXTREME!

Or we can just make moves for going over the bunkers. "Acid Drops" and so on... Borrow terms from skating to describe the more artistic bunker moves.

Don't get too crocked up on paintball trying to be an "extreme" sport, because in the end, it's a hollow word. We're always so busy trying to categorize everything into all kinds of niches, but it doesn't make sense, because I don't care and I play paintball, and I'm always right. :D

Better Things 2 Do!
hehe could put mini trampolines infront of the bunkers for the triple flip with a tangarine bunker move (ok made up name :)) could be interesting seeing players bouncing around the field that'll make it extreme.

:D

Tyger...

... now that you mention it, a player on my old team (the Berserks) did just that.

He had seen the highlights of people jumping up over lying down sup'air beercans to mug people and decided to give it a try. Scared the **** out of the guy on the othern side, when his barricade dissapeared with a big bang and then got shot by the same fool who was now lying on the ground.
