Why no compo's in the North East

if you really wanna play tourney ball and you are that interested
you should of known what the PA cup was
it was advertised enough and talked about enough
and as you marshal at pointblank im sure it would of been talked about there

Example: Shoot the Rainbow, its going to cost at Approx £150.00 per person for the event and then add travailing cost for a single person in a car to and from the event (North East) its going to amount to at least £200.00 +. That’s one hell of an expensive weekend.

just another note

after doing campaign cup
that weekend cost me £600 notes
i don`t winge about the price i just pay it
i love the sport and what ever it costs then i will pay it

Mike, even I talked about the PA cup @ site, so I'm sure you know what it is and you knew that Jim (JUST) put a Darlo team in or something cos he got in the local papers

yep £600 but take into consideration that im self employed
so in that lot i lost 3 days wages

its gonna be the same for this weekend at wrexham will lose another 2 days wages

but its worth it

This is a expensive sport.

No one try's to hide that fact.

If you start and add up the cost of a top range marker, hopper, airsystem and the mask, gloves and team top. You are looking at over £1000.

You only pay that, if you love the sport.

I agree we should have more tournys further North, but you need northern site's to host them. If its not in the site's interest, you can not expect them to host an event. Maybe now that T.V. is starting to get interested, it might be worth while for more site's to get exposure by hosting an event? only time will tell.

As the sport gets bigger, they must come a time when we split into North/South/East/West divisions, and then come together in an end of season Final. But until then, you will have to travel.

Paintball has never been as cheap as it is now. OK markers are expensive but you are paying for technology and innovation but paint has never been as cheap as it is now!!


I am sure this is not what you wanted to here but as a site owner you have no idea of the expenses incured running a site.
