Ok guys, your not going to beleive this. I emailed Ebay explaining that the E-Mag is a paintball marker and not capable of firing metal or similar projectiles. Below is their response.
Hello Ian,
Thank you for taking the time to write to eBay UK.
In response to your email, please note that these items are not allowed
on eBay. Our policy does not state only metal, but anything similar
(that could hurt). Ebay UK has decided not to allow these items:
Firearms cannot be listed on eBay UK. Firearms include all "pre-ban,"
sporting, collectible, curio & relic (C&R), and antique firearms,
regardless of their capability to fire a shot. Any item that is designed
to propel a metal (or similar) projectile is covered by this ban,
regardless of that item's present ability to fire.
We understand your concern. We do investigate every auction that is
reported to us. However, since we do not actively monitor our site for
questionable or prohibited items, we rely on our members to report them
to us. Please note that, even if a seller is not reported to us, it
does not lessen the seriousness of the violations for those sellers
whose auctions have been reported and subsequently ended. Repeat
offences of such violations can result in the loss of ones eBay
registered status.
If you come across an auction that seems questionable, we ask that you
report it to us via the form at the following page:
http://cgi3.ebay.co.uk/aw-cgi/eBayISAPI.dll?ReportInfringing
We would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your
cooperation.
Best wishes,
Jenny Williams
