cheers for the help guys. ill give hpac a call on tuesday. i knwo its not loctited as ive owned it since new. Sooo i geuss best to leave it to the experts as you say.
Can you see the o-ring, or can't you move it at all. It may be that the threads have welded together, this can happen with ally.
You've definitely removed all the air from the bottle, sounds silly but there may be a fair bit left behind the reg. Turn the reg fully in to make sure there's nothing left.

errm well i started to come undone so yes i can see the oring, unofrtunatly i can no longer wind the bottle back in. As far i have know the o-ring burst neways as this was the hole reason i was trying to remove the bottle neways. When i wen tto fill it the ring burst and let out all the air. I supose its possible ther is still a small amount of air inside it but i cant get the reg back on either to just make sure.

you can easily test to see if there is any air in it, try to push the pin on the nitro duck reg, if its empty, you will be able to push it, if you cant, there is air in it!
