From what I remember

Procaps (Richmond) was sold under Diablo brand.
NPS had Diablo name from a gun they sold a while back and didn't like it
In order to sort it, Diablo the company became Draxxus but Diablo the brand was kept as NPS branding of Draxxus paint. End result was Draxxus was National's "supplier of choice" for paint, I think it was Zap before wasn't it?

Si - that right?

Zap is independent?

Diablo only exists as a brand, not as a whole top to bottom company anymore. That company is now Draxxus which has always been Pro-Caps (Richmond).

Zap was just tied to National (Gino) before National joined up with Draxxus as a result of the Diablo name thing.

Vforce:
Used to be a small company that was closely tied to Brass Eagle when it came to paintball goggles. They made those fishbowl goggles for them.
Then BE sold them or some such, and now Vforce is VERY closely tied in with Pro Caps/Draxxus. Okay, not entirely accurate, since the company that makes the lenses also makes lenses for non paintball activities, but the Vforce brand name is paintball specific, and is marketed through Draxxus.
