If you like the feel of a cocker, and do not have any problems getting used to the trigger, I doubt you can go wrong with any of them. There is nothing wrong with any of the stock cockers, they are essentially tournament ready out of the box. The majority of the cocker upgrades out there do not necessarily make them "better". They just change the marker to better suit the user. As long as you get something that suits you're tastes and playing style, you should be fine. Just make sure that you try enough of them at your local fields to find what you like.

I have both the sto and black, i agree with internals being the same...ish but they are both unique in playing stances.
You can't go wrong with either, but the black tops it so far
