Which do you prefer?

Ordering online is usually easier, but it doesn't have the reassurance factor that actually speaking to someone offers.

It also suffers due to rubbish sites, poorly maintained, sites, ie 'NEW' Markers that came out 2-3 years ago etc. The better the online facility the more confidence, so make it simple, easy to use, nice-ish looking and update regularly, weekly would be nice

I absolutly hate phones, stuff takes too long, you get put on hold and they can never understand what you are saying.

I prefer online ordering for everything, can order at any time of the day
