Where's a good place for tournament practice?

you might run into the same problem i had when moving over from the states. your air tanks.... are they dot or hse. if they are dot just hold on to them till you go back stateside cause they are almost useless over here.

H-Pac, they do the air for most of the tournament series in the UK. I think they also offer a tank testing service, a quick search should bring up there contact information. Nice guys to boot

I think you will find DOT bottles can't be tested to HSE standard... And thats what all the fuss is about with bottles etc.... Best bet is to buy a HSE bottle then there is no fuss and confusion...

Bottles of one type or certification can not be tested to another standard. You would only be able to use your bottles if they are dual-certified DOT/HSE (like the Angel Air bottles.)

And if you're buying new, you don't want to buy HSE, you should be buying the new European standard CE bottles (labelled in the UK as BS EN 12288, if I remember.)

Before we get another multi page thread of DOT vs Hse i can say now that DOT can't be converted to Hse. Hse has now also been replaced bt European Pi marked bottles. Hse is still recognised in UK, but not in Europe along with DOT. Any querries phone me at H-Pac on 01902 494988.

Seems that I've touched a raw nerve with the bottle cert issue.. I'll save my comments as they would only serve to incite more BS.

I guess if I want to keep playing, I have to buy new kit for the Euro-zone.
