The manuals have been missing for some time, it is a dome switch board and even though you have the turbo switch there were a lot of boards did not have this enabled, though unless you were being sarcastic you seem to have an enabled board, if you get real stuck I have the manual I can email to you but make sure you have an email account that can handle large files
