No f**cking chance, they go up 12 days before an' 12 days after, thems the rules, I aint having my decs up for over a month. But seriously, she's proper tenacious. try kidnapping a homeless guy and nailing him to a cross in your living room. I did that last year as a 'retro' decoration. Its a bit loud for the first couple of days, however, I bet you $100 she asks you to take it down waaay before the 12 days are up.

had some more idea's for a 'real' Christmas theme that might put the brakes on your missus.

1. Instead of spray snow, just get some real snow and smear it into the corners of your windows. tell her she has to leave the heating off until it gets taken down, or she'll spoil all your hard work.

2. Create a 'real' nativity scene complete with farm animals, camel, and screaming baby.

No point telling her before cause she aint listening, so you gotta give her a firm right hook to get her attention and tell her once. otherwise you may aswell be talking to yourself. lol

Either that or say baby Jebus didnt have decorations.. so why should everyone else.
