Lucky stuff? Bollocks! Results tend to mirror effort, skill and previous training... not whether your crotch rotting, 15 year old, grungy underwear is on back to front because you once wore it like that at a tournament and you happened to perform well and you MUST do it again otherwise the world will end.

As a result, i have no lucky charms, will play with any gun anyone gives me as i step on the field as long as paint comes out the end when i want it to. Hell, i'll play in a tutu if people give me enough money. It shouldn't affect your performance...

On the whole "talking to a team your about to play and shaking hands" thing... that really pisses me off. I think i'm quite nice off the field but before a game why do people say good luck, have a good game, etc? You're about to try and shoot a small, hard, gelatin capsule at someone from 2ft away at 200mph if you get the chance. Why would you want to talk to someone who is equally eager to do the same to you, let alone wish them luck in their endeavour?

me and my friends all play a range of sports, paintball is the only one in particular we share in common, but whether paintball or others, we all freak out without a sort of "touch of luck" (like a fist bump, extrememly american style) and a wish of luck before break out, racing, kick off etc
