The chart is out of date for the timmy.

You can fire much faster than 14 bps, with teh =lizer board. WAS has a video of a timmy on full-auto and eyes in test mode(always sees a paintball) .

The timmy was doing 30+ cps.

which is admittedly far faster than you can ever pull.

Even when I set my angel up to fire 20bps I could only ever rack up 11bps max and that was with the gun aiming everywhere. Unless your using a turbo board or fully auto your never gonna get more than 12.

Sounds more likely then that you can't pull more then 12 as opposed to noone can pull more then 12, I had mine up to 16 walking it. Were you trying it with or without air?
I found 14 bps quite easy when my angel was set at 20!
