What's the point in having a LPR kit

The main thing I've noticed is an increase in efficiency - about 20% more shots per fill, at a rough guess. No particular change in kick, to my surprise (although I did find that with the LPR set too low, it was kicking wickedly, suddenly my previously nice bounce-free trigger was well on it's way to full-auto city  )

Sure, the VFF just becomes another vertical ASA, but I think it looks better than the standard ASA so that's ok. It's possible that other LPR nipples are a different shape which would require you to replug the holes used by the VFF, but I don't think so. So, to sum up, the LPR and VFF don't "cancel each other out" but the VFF is non-functional (and unnecessary) once you fit an LPR.
you are almost right, th ehole you need to plug in the vff is internal, you cant actually see it without removing the vff. you need to stop the vff supplying air to the noid

I run the jackhammer II on mine in combination with the New Designs valve (I highly recommend that you get this valve). There was definitely an increase in efficiency when I installed mine. Other than that, I can't tell much difference. Also, it's another thing to adjust and fool around with, so in my opinion that's sort of a negative. If you are planning on getting the Evil Respirator, I'd also get their valve - the two work well together.

Jahald is correct you should most definetly plug the air transfer hole on the underside of the body.
