This is what you must do :-
Slowly, very slowly begin to drop toward the ground making sure you end up in a kneeling position.
Once you are knelt and comfortable, carefully rock backwards, sit back and extend your legs forward so you are now sitting on yer ass with legs in front.
Lift up knees till they are at your chest......
....Place gun to the side......

....Lean forward so your head is now between your knees.....
