My flat-mate, who is a die-hard Apple Junkie, calls it a POS (actually he's a lot ruder than that) and he purposely updates his phone as little as possible to avoid using it. The phone itself is nice though, but the Droid is definitely on a par with it now, and with Android 2.2 (Froyo) rolling out, the interface takes on a near-Apple experience without the drawback of iTunes.
