What Sponsors?

Me and another dude have just formed a tourney team at a large american college .... How would I go about getting a sponsorship for this?

It's just your original (albeit brief) comments there came across as the typical -"I've just started a team so I want free stuff" type comments.

Now if you are looking a 1-2yr plan to get people interested then great, I commend you and agree (see how we did it)

What annoys me is those (not you by your recent comments) who start playing, make no attempt to engratiate themselves with anyone in the industry and then bitch and moan and the teams who do get sponsorship by working at it and building up relationships.
