Problem with 4500 is, you may get a compressor, that will fill to 4500, but it might be straining its nuts, trying to do it...if you do that too often it willl fail. However, I dont suppose you will be running it that often. I was told, for site use, you really want one taht can do 7k psi, as 4500 will be a walk in teh park for it, all day.
Get a dive tank...then, phone some local Scuba schools, and see if there is anyone in your area, who has a compressor...I did this, as I refused to pay £10 per fill at my local dive shop ( for christ sake, dont tell them its for anything other than Scuba, or they may charge you extra "because the insurance companies charge us extra if we fill tanks for use with airgun's" sounds like bull to me), and found a guy 2 mins round teh corner...sorted.
