Twid's right, the Palmer Stabilizer is amazing. I got one to replace my Black Ice reg', and I can really tell the difference at the chrony. I've noticed a lot of fella's having problems with their Black Ice regs around here, mine only got me through a season. They seem really sensitive to dirt, anyhow, that's my observation.
