Well, if they were reffering to COPS1 then they were taking artistic licence :), it is limited to 20BPS whatever you do.

I don't know too much about COPS2 but I think it retains that same cap, it's just faster processing and more reliable AC system than COPS1.

Any true Angel tech care to enlighten us on COPS2?

In excess of 20bps without breaking a sweat, easily keep up with anything else and beat it :p

Some video's here

37 cycles per second (and that's not rare)

The e-blades are fast and there is a vid of Race at 20bps on full auto but they do top out around the 20 mark just becuase of the cockers design ASFAIK.

Manike will be here soon I bet :)
downloaded the vids and with the exception of the last one al lthey seem to show you is the back of someones head! they do SOUND fast though :)

Some one called?

Waddidiz have you seen my high speed trigger design? :)

I can currently shoot, within the legal rules, as fast as the gun/hopper/air can keep up. In Semi :) Mr Pink saw one of my prototypes and there have been other pics around.

I use an X-mag or Intimidator (now that I have one) with an Armageddon reg to do all of my high speed testing.

Oh and there is no other loader choice than Halo B for high speed feeding. Warp will also be useful but it's not a stand alone loader and if you only feed it with a revvy, trust me, you will soon run out of paint being fed :)

Burb, where did you find that quote?

Mirror mirror on the wall, what is the fastest marker of them all...?

Does it matter peeps? Loaders need to catch up before players can fully utilise the capability of electro markers.

As for cops,

Cops 1 (all boards prior to mem6) have a 'baseline' menu limited to 3bps. This means that when a paintball isnt detected, the board drops the MROF to 1-3bps, reducing the chance of a chop but slowing ROF dramatically.

Cops 2 (mem6+) has a baseline menu of 1-20bps, this means you can adjust the cops to reduce the chance of chopping when a ball isnt detected, while maintaining a respectable ROF, keeping fools in.

I for example, have my MROF set at 20bps, with a cops baseline of 13-16bps depending on paint and temperature, using an x-board revy.

The ir3 can fire at very very fast rates, its just finding force feed hoppers to keep up, maybe when they can, uncapped boards may appear......who knows;)
