Wouldn't even think about getting the Prostock (unless you wanna spend loads more on it to make it better)

Either Ion or Pimp... Both good. I'd say Pimp :)

Buy a secondhand Eblade or E2 cocker, dont buy a new Mech then trick it out...no way, not these days.

Pimp...didnt like it, but then didnt play with it fully.

Ion, has a reputation, cant go too far wrong with 17Bps capability and ramping as standard...

I wouldnt buy any of them new tho...maybe the ION, but thats it...

im with skeet on this one. can find a niiice ebladed cocker for a little more than the price of a new ion. you will end up paying about £250 for a marker that cost upto 900 quid as little as a year ago. ions are okish but you will end up paying for a enw trigger/clampingfeedneck/barrel. all this will add up to more than the price of a 2nd hand 'blade.

with how the market is i'd always buy 2nd hand over new (maybe 50% saving ;))

in alot of cases the markers have been worn in too saving you doing it yourself

Pimps feel like Impies a little but with all the bad bits ironed out, shoot like a timmy, there is nothing you need to do to these as some may argue this is practically a private label impulse (but not.......... and the arguments start flowing in :D)

Ions are SP new little apoligy to the world of paintball - cheap gun that punches well above its weight - there have been a few nightmares stories about these little numbers but alot of folk use them as a back up markers - money does need spending on them though to bring them to a tournament marker feel.

in my opinion - get a pimp ;)

Erm...Pimp was just, well...crap imho for the money, just didnt like it.

If you have pots and pots of money, and wont cry your eyes out in 3 months time, when your gun is only worth half what you paid for it...buy a new one.

If, like many other people, you choose to buy a secondhand one, you wont buy a pile of poo, from the people on here...if you find something you like, just ask around about the vendor.

As an aside, I might be selling my E2'd cocker
