there are those who live for the thrill of "10 seconds.....game on 5 miuntes of paint chucking....shaking hands with the 3 nexus players you took out" and there are those who live for the thrill of knowing they have 12 or maybe 24 hours of adrenalin pumping through them knowing they have an objective to deal with etc and hopefully not getting shot by a shambling ghillie suited paintballer!

Now sometimes people cross this line (not a bad thing) and hopefully enjoy it. I say good! let's see more of it. To keep tourneys going you have to have a base of people with there own equipment, and most of these people start of as rec ballers. In the US you can pick up everything for paintball from Walmmart for gods sake!
Lets keep this all together and make this sport massive, support your local site, your local team and your british team (nexus). There is a space for all of us.

Keep it real!

have you actually looked at our big game web
www.swatbiggame.com

its not just a walkon day or novice punter bashing, it is a scripted scenario war, with objectives, missions pyros, and the enevitable piss up with a live band and bbq, if you play paintball like most on this forum, tried it once probably a stag doo or works outing, got hooked played as a rec player, or even joined a team, its all good fun , adrenaline what ever level, weather 10 minute games or 8 hour scenarios, so get you gun out and do some capping

well i guess it takes all sorts, personally i prefer to play a game with a little makebelieve in it, and more of a task than "throw £200 of sponsors paint at the opposition" which,by the way, is paid for by all other types of players, including rec ballers
