1) It's for use at military bases and unique venues so we don't leave a mess. See Tippmann Challenge 2012 on youtube or Angels and Demons at Drakelow Tunnels.
2) It's not used as a UV/night ball, that is another type of ball that is white but opaque.
3) most markers cope OK with it. It's not perfect but it enables us to play places we wouldn't be able to otherwise.
Hope that covers everything. I find it strange you're getting sent clear paint though. It is a specialist thing really.
