Decent loud major paint slinging backs defo help the front and mid to be fast and agg. Also not thinking too much. Moving on instinct. Head down, fast crazy legs, mammoth dives into bunkers will keep your agg up, speed high and also stop you from getting tagged. Reading the game - some games are just fast, play what you see and how you see it panning out...
Those tree's in X-ball promote crazy moves, as it reduces the likelyhood of being shot on the run.

1. A ton of chicks watching the game.

2. Tons of cover. Whether it be large bunkers, or merely a large number; however, it makes reffing that much harder.

Lots of standup bunkers. If you never have to take a knee or lay down, you can be ready to run at anytime.
Big centre bunker to break up lanes, lots of smaller bunkers fairly closely spaced, pcp 
and maybe some DKs blasting in your ears Who needs to hear the silly back players shouting anyways

Field wise, a heavyly bunkered 50 with light bunkers at the flagstations promotes runs at the begining and mugging later on.
