It's a fibre wrapped bottle just like the gun bottle but bigger. Firemen use them, really light.

do it take a standard reg or is it a i suspect a dive bottle (din?) fitting?

It's not for sale mate, unfortunately. They do have a din valve but i can make an adaptor to fit a reg into it. Next time i'm at a tourney come and have a look

lol wouldnt have thought the regs would be the same as divers and i dont think that a carbon fiber wrapped bottle would stand up to the presures of diving ask my bro about it he`ll be only to happy to check it out for us lol

Well..if you think about it...they will...besides, when they get heated to like 100 degrees plus, in a house fire, they would likely face very high internal preassures.

u could be right i `m not sure. just never seen a dive tank made like a carbon wraped bottle so i figured there was a reason for the differant type of manufacture. also and i know carbon fibre isnt a very good heat shield on its own through painful and expensive experience.
i had one between the exhaust pipes and fuse box on my bike got the hump at work road home about 20 miles getting my knee down type stuff and about 5 miles from home all my electrics stopped working got home to find out mu fuse box had melted oops
