what do you think is harder

all the positions are totally different, back players are the centre point of all communication and allow the front/mid players to do anything, mid players are the relay guys kinda and the game buster guys, then the front are the nutters....cant list all the jobs but u get the gist, its like asking back player to pay for the paint they shoot then, for them to leave your team, and you to play with no back players...see how everyone else does!

i dont think back players have the hardes job but they do
play the most import job... but!

front players i think have the hardest job (me being one myself)
they have paint comming at them alot faster and have less reaction time... most of the time we are the ones who are grabing the flag and gettin a ton of balls shot at us.

as for mid players..
i think they have the best job... ya know.. a bitt of playin back
a bit of front...a little relaxin while the backies and the fronties do their job..

Ok so its not answering the 'hardest' question but my 2cents/pence worth is I think that players who can play in all positions to a decent tourni level should be deemed as the most skilled as they are adaptable to almost any situation that can crop up in a game.

all the pressure is on the backs and fronts, one to communicate and two to stay tight until you can start snap shooting or bunkering, the mids job is really everything, to communicate and shoot....

every position has its ups and downs mate, it doesnt really matter whats hardest, its what you enjoy and what you are good at.

Insert players...

Jack of all trades, master of none. Actually, the best insert players can rip it up from anywhere on a field. A good example of this would be Clive. He truly is a cut above.
Seriously, insert players. It's good to be a great front/mid/back player, but if you can learn them all, you can really adapt to anything thrown at you (i.e. you're mid and your back guy gets popped, you can fill or whatever).
