I would have to say the Mutant bolt from the US (is it Amped doing that one? 3 diff bolt tips, to get the perfect fit.
Or failing that, go for the very sexy Belsales Delrin and Delrin pin for top ball/second, or for slightly lower RoF (heavier bolt) but no chops, try a JAM,
I'd happily recommend both belsales and JAM (and do) depending on the circumstances - at the mo, I'm runnign my JAM bolt for no chops, but once I get my ACE fitted (back to work Brian ) I'll be running my delrin for ultimate performance (and so I dont need a 7p nut and bolt to hold together my marker )
