+1 on the procells, just ordered 10x procells for £9.95 with free postage :D

Somebody should do a bulk buy on procells, we might be able to get em for like 50p-75p per battery

lol, most shops want £2+ per battery, a component shop near me (cpc) want £21 for a box of 10! so my £9.95 with free postage seems like a bargain. Test dates march 2010 n all so plenty of life in the little soldiers yet

Homebase own brand, just remember to change them at dinner time:D

And luke uses Halfords specials and they work just as well.

Has anyone ever done a proper battery test in lab style conditions to prove that your bunny powered batterys are better or more economic than me changing my el cheapos at dinnertime?
I understand using super delux bunny boilers if you are going for speed but when we are all capped at 15 it kinda levels out any performance gain and reliability isn't really an option.
ps
i've forgotten to change my cheapos and they have gone all day without problems:cool:

im going to have to pay stupid prices n all for 3x 9v's for this sundays game, shame my procells wont be here til monday :(. Its not performance gain, personally i think its peace of mind, knowin u got a decent battery in your gat/hopper. Less chance of it going down like a hooker on you.
