yeah the hand on head rule was a pain, but we all managed to avoid any 1 4 1's all weekend by simply complying!
but i do feel that if any other silly last minute rule is introduced in the future, that the 1st day of prelims should generate warnings only (unless you even ignore the warnings!) and then fully enforced the following days.
