Back on track ;)

We train on a field behind a recball site and a couple weeks ago when we managed to break our blower we played woodsball for a bit, and since playing supair I've found I really hate it aswell!

...Athough I have got to say, it can sometimes (when playing with own guns) be more brutal than I remember!

Even though paintball can be played in both woodlands and on Sup'Air, we can't really compare them because they are like apples and oranges.

Generally speaking, people play for them for entirely different reasons.
The common denominator can only be how much each was enjoyed.
Any other type comparison is basically meaningless.

Sup'Air has a more competitive edge whereas woodsball is a lot more fun.
I ain't saying Sup'Air isn't fun but it will always have that competitive pressure associated with it and will sometimes erode the 'enjoyment' factor.

You play Sup'Air with a determined grimace on your face; you play woodsball with a smile on it.

Mooching round the 50, with the flag
The site where I play runs what they terms as a hybrid day with punters and own gunners. Everything counts, heads, gun the lot.

Mainly woodsball but with sup-air bunkers thrown in for more fun...

we have to run our markers in semi mode only, 290fps max and lock 'em down to under 15bps to keep things sociable.

Also use a 5-7 min 'invincibility' whereby if you get shot you return to your start point, clean up and go back in, keeps everyone happy and gets the paint used up....:) :) :)
