exactly my point, and why on earth would you use an aircraft carrier to SPY, its not the most inconspicuous ship is it


what could terrorists possibly do with it?? there arent any planes, and if they did get one, it wouldnt be to hard to destroy as they only go about 25 knots.

Okay guys how many times do I have to tell you you cannot fall off the flight deck of an aircraft carrier into the sea. They have crew pits and netting all around the side to prevent this from happening. I pointed this out the first time somebody decided that buying an aircraft carrier for paintball and I'll say it again.
Also when a military ship is decommisioned, all the usefull bits are removed, so that means you get no surface to air missiles, antiaircraft weapons or defensive capabilities so forget about saying hey we could use them for such and such. And no you cannot buy x military russian jets to fly off it as they can't land on an aircraft carrier or be retrofitted to be able to.
Basicly you are buying a big hunk of metal with some engines.
