Oh dear nevermind. Can SP appeal this decision? Or is this the end for legal wranglings for a while? Love to be a fly on the wall when SP make the call to WDP for a price on using their patents.

Its worth mentioning that WDP have had the patents that SP products infringe upon for a good while and have not used them to bully any companies out of business, so we don't need to worry about that. Well maybe SP do, but i'd say that's only fair.
