I'm sure if Huntington can cap Malaga then I've got at least one kidney here that says I'll see you there in march!!! I loved Miami last year,it was an awesome experience, but I truly loved Malaga!!! Nppl seem to be moving on a far bigger scale, but Malaga brought over the Pro's and thats most of the experience for those who don't get to see em apart from dvd's!!!

Basically Malaga Did excactly what it promised to do... and at the end of the day thats all we want!!!

Still buzzing off the event now!!!

How was it for you?

Malaga that is. Come on - spill the beans. What was it like?
Playing on the beach, the organisation, marshalling, quality of play, etc, etc?

Come on, we've been waiting for the whole shabang, and we've heard diddly squat!:(

Tell us what you thought.

Cheers

Doug

Planet Piper away from you freaks!
Have to agree with Rob, was by far the best event of the year. Europe's answer to Huntingdon Beach :D

Sun in October, Sea right there sand and cheap beer, perfect event. I am sure there were problems along the way but doubt anyone really knew what the problems where. Feilds ran a little behind, but show me an event this year in Europe where that has not happened. Food was good and they where quick to serve everyone.

So definatley one that everyone should put in there diary for next year. Excellent end to the season.

Well done to all that where involved, especially Scutty and Chris. Well done fellas you can now both sleep!

Piper

My bad I forgot Nelly! So well done to Scutty Chris and Niall!

Also a big shout to Bad Company for helping us out!!
Same time, same place next year? I think so!!!!!

Highlight of the week has to be McD and his version of Sex Machine in the Kareoke bar!!! The place was rockin!!!
As Tod Martinez would say" he's the craziest Mofo on the planet!!"....:p

Brian,

I thought it was the opposite as I'm known to answer "What time is it?" with a long spiel about how watches work and the Western concept of time.

I feel sorry for Ross of Shockwave who patiently listened (or at least heard) my whole history of judging Millenniums.

I just got back last night from Malaga with a burnt face, muscles still sore from sprinting from JT to Evil for three days and some lovely memories. Definitely the best Millennium event regarding ambience, location and time-of-year. Interesting that the two best Mill events of the year were both in Spain (Madrid gets my points for best over-all quality and attention to detail; especially from an officiating point of view).

There MUST be a Malaga Beach next year and I hope it is on the beach in Fuengirola.

Great job Andy, Chris and Niall.

And thanks to the greatest collection of referees ever at a major event.

Steve

Abs superb event! Location was great, playing surface great, weather great, marshallling great (and friendly) just a pity we played Cr@p!:D

I take it not too many of you guys made it to the best bar/club in town?? (if you want to know the name and location, send me a PM:D )

Our only gripes would be that the Players tents were a bit small for a 7-man Team and not really much of a Trade show but other than that, fantastic!

Deff an event to get too next year!

Thanks to all involved!;)
