Warp Feed not allowed in the World Cup?

Warp feed still counts as 'gravity fed' because the balls must still fall from the hopper under gravity into the warp.
This has been addressed ages ago when the warp was first released. It doesnt actually feed long strings of paint any faster than the hopper would normally be able to.
