Whats the situation with an RT trigger. As long as its capable of firing one shot when I pull the trigger, does it matter if I can bounce it a bit?

If an RT trigger bounces it ain't coming on the field, simple !
I basically banned an entire team at the WC (they adjusted the markers after that so they wouldn't bounce so they were then allowed on the field).

Um thought bounce would be the same the world over but in the case of an RT it would mean that when you squeeze the trigger the vibration of the marker (and too high an input gas pressure) makes the trigger keep cycling even though you are no longer pulling the trigger, hence enhanced trigger so not allowed on the field (tournament wise)

when you say " even though your no longer pulling the trigger" you actually mean, not touching it?
Ie, the gun just runs away.
Thats not what I mean. The gun is still capable of firing single shots, I thought the idea of an RT was if you can apply the right pressure, you can opperate the trigger faster with the small amount of movement.
Where can I look at "the rules". Not because I doubt you, butive never read tourney rules and would be interested to se them.
Cheers

no you are touching the trigger but you aren't pulling and releasing the trigger so then you are not doing what is required for the tournament definition of a semi auto marker and yes the result is that the rt runs away from you it is easier to show than explain but then the rt was made when modes such as turbo were allowed so it only just fell into the "rules" even though it was still frowned upon now it is a total no no to the extent that if you own an e-mag best you disable the manual mode cos while you may not be able to get it to produce a reactive trigger in electro mode flip it into manual and if the setup is wrong you will be able to rip that trigger in the reactive mode easy
