the only time that SP orders haven't arrived next day for me is when the stuff is out of stock. they normally then phone. did u order over the web or by phone?

Don't get me wrong, most of the time SP are great. Whatever is in stock is delivered next day but if it isn't I have only once (out of about 6 orders) received a call letting me know what is happening.
I'm often abroad and can't use phones easily so I do mostly everything by email and usually order online. When I have phoned there hasn't been a problem. Must admit that I have switched to ordering (even SP stuff) from Planet as their website gives you an indication of stock status (usually accurate, but not always).
Nick, last emails to you were 8th May and 15th May chasing but haven't had a response. Have sent them again.

go to planet elcipse there service is top usually next day delivery and if not they usaually have it in within a week
