you want yo work on your upper body strength, as laning down the snake for a short period of time can ache so, get a nice strong upper body mainly sholders, as for a warm up there is no specific warm up, as long as your body is all streched off and your nice and warm you will be fine, now if you ment drills, then there a number of ways to practice !!
