dive on your bed.. helps with supermans.
Also challenge players to snapping drills from the snake, first where you're only shooting from your knuckle, then one where you can crawl and use other knuckles. Then do knuckle to knuckle snapping drills - 2 snake players and you both have to stay low to avoid cross field shots.
Just play from the snake as much as you can. Have 1on1s and keep going to the snake, the more experience you get the better, and mix it up with different teams so you get used to people's reactions to having you in the snake.
