Not neccesarily as they state this as you cannot sell firearms on ebay so they state that it is a 'screw' instead of an actual 'paintball gun'. And I am sure that he would give you more details aswell, as he states 'Contact me for details'.
Also I am certainly sure that absolutely no one would bid on a 'screw' at that price without looking at the actual description.
It used to happen a lot with iPhones, Xbox consoles etc.
People would list them, make out they are getting what they asked for, then at the very end they say "You're actually bidding on a photo of the item".
They prey on people not reading everything and impulse buying. Then when they get just a photo and complain to eBay, the seller can say "I did actually provide them with everything they asked for".
