It does cost more to post it to the UK and making sure it gets there than in the US. The shipping cost in Europe is actually a lot more, as we ship the products using UPS (20 EUR cost) but only charge 5 EUR for shipping.

We're working on getting the product available in the UK through one of the companies here.

Cool, wasn't aware of that, seems a bit daft really seeing the difference in distance.

We have a US warehouse from which we ship to US, Canada and Mexico.

It's really simple, if I ship something there using USPS - it will get where it needs to go. In Europe, there's no guarantee it actually will, even with a signature confirmation request, and there's not the smallest tracking feature.
