The evo won't reliably feed 20 bps more like 15 continuous!

I don't want to change, but the reason I'll probably get the EVO as well is one of balance.

On my Timmy the only "negative" thing I could say is that it's nose heavy, because the HALO is balanced that's actually a bad thing as it increases the weight at the front.

Because the Evo is set back, I want to see if it centres the weight better, looks like it would.

And with my HALO and Eq board I topped out 17bps at Campaign :D  :D so speed is important!

Don't know why I'm after a second hopper as I've basically given up playing but new toys is new toys

Do you have quite a long drop forward then?

I ask cos I found with my Halo on my mag the whole thing was quite well balanced as I had the weight of the bottle at the back and the batteries of the halo at the front.

How dare you! I hate drops with a vengence  :) But I have a Conquest which is very light so I don't have much weight at the back.

It's the design of the timmy, the feed is roughly in line with the front reg so quite far forward. The balance point is about at the trigger, not through the grip. It's no big deal but it would just be marginally better to have the weight that bit further back.

Like I said, I'm not going to get rid of the HALO, it's just better to have both :)

Just bringing this back up - is there anyone in the UK stocking them yet? Planet and Smart Parts don't have them listed yet - just curious as to what pricing will be like...
