is you air system held together with teflon tape?
i has an issue were a small bit of tape worked its way into the reg and restricted air flo, could be in ur side winder or lpr, might be something to look at, iv got a lpr from the vik sitting her doing nowt if u have a problem

defo is not bolt, we had the bolt in and out numerous times

didnt see any teflon tape on your bottle Pala? but check it out anyway

One thing I would say to check would be your solenoid if the rest doesnt work.
Sounds like on/off not in or dwell being low if air is getting through but not enough.

Ive had a problem with my solenoid sticking or not working. But that was because I didnt lube it for agessss!
If you have kept it lubed, that shouldnt be the problem.

These things have very little to go wrong with them mechanically so you should be cool. If you cant find it, I'd say the board (im sure you have pandora?) as i have heard of them going dumb

Hi peeps,

Thanks for all the replys, have sorted it now.

After spending ages checking everything, bottle, reg, on/off, micro line, inline reg and the SMC and then banging my head against the wall and pulling my hair out, it turned out that the Dwell was too low

The only thing I can think of is that he held the trigger in when he switched it on and without realising adjusted the dwell.

Anyway, all is well now, it's running at 70psi and the velocity is well steady with the SCM3, 275, 270, 273, 275, i love it
