Viking Help Please

Hi Guys n Girls,

Was marshalling today and let one of the guys use my gat.
It worked fine for one game but when the guy let his mate use it, the gun just wouldn't work.
Prior to play it was stripped and cleaned and was working fine.

It sounds like the bolt is in the wrong way but i checked that, put a new battery in and it still doesn't have the power to push the ball out of the barrel. Checked all the obvious like air switched on, barrel to paint match, the usuall stuff you'd check.

I'm sure Mike 'from' brum might be able to help you out. I think he has a viking that he plays with every now and then.

Has somebody tried to adjust the velocity and turned the input right down or something?

I put it over the chrono myself and it was fine.
It worked great for one game and then nothin
Don't think any of the guys messes with it, had to show them how to turn it on

Yeah...well..I wouldnt be so sure about that...check you have air coming through your macro line etc...

Can you adjust the settings if you hold the trigger down when turning it on.

Hey Si check your dwell - remember the issues with my excalibur reseting itself?

If not take sidewinder off and see if sufficient air is getting to it... lucky you has a tool kit so see if the lpr is working and set at 72(i think)

when i saw it today it sounded like the marker wasnt being fed enough air as the bolt will feed the ball but only push it into the barrel a little

he changed the battery.
the air was a new 0.7 bottle and therefore should be no probs with that.
no noises or hissing.

but!! big but! do not know if the on/off was working properly as even when he turned the air all the way off it would still do the same thing, only partly firing the ball.
check the on/off out mate. If Alex's got an on/off on his marker try swapping it?

have you tried your old bottle on it?
