if you are buying a 9v and an x board then yer would be cheaper to just get a 12v

but if you have a 9v then upgrade it

most new 12v revvys come with an xboard as standard now.

ive heard that there is a problem with the plastic used in the new revvies. 2 mates of mine and others i know have had the necks snap off. It can be hard getting a refund/replacement, depending where you buy them as you have to prove it was faulty and not due to your own hamfistedness....just a thought

i bought my x-board revvy a few months back and have given it plenty of abuse. no probs so far!!!
