I Use a go pro3 cam they are a bit pricy depending on the which one you go for but well worth it, the only downside is sound quality as the mic is withing the protective case.

I have a Bullet HD pro2 from urban sports junkies. Its a small, light, tough bullet cam which has changeable(sp) batteries so you can buy extra and covers a wholes day worth of playing, where as some are built in rechargeable which is no good stuck in the woods... It also comes with a wide range of mounts aswell.
