I could be completely wrong about this but I think I remember this guys name from the theft report forum at PBN although I have just had a search and couldn't find anything. If its the same guy hes a known scammer.

Wasn't "Brian Walker" the police/racer in the Fast and the Furious films? 
This guy could at least try to be imaginative when making up policemen!

hey guys, i have been scamed by this guy too. i sent him $160 to him for a new worr gas tank. it never came. i contacted his local police department and they said i had to go down there to sue him. But now since its a international crime, i bet i could contact the FBI and get help from them.

well it seems our detective may be bogus as well, it seems he has no superior and it is inconvenient to phone him. so i contacted baruch cuny to see if they contacted him and well they have not contacted the police or given our details to anybody. so where do we go from here. did this guy want all our mails so that he could doctor them before we need to use them, against him?

Just out of interest and after looking at the FBI site,
who is interested in filing an inernet fraud complaint against mr thom. the form looks amazingly simple to fill in, and im sure if a few complaints go in with the same bad guy info then they may look into it, what ya all think
