Im with outkastmike, had my first gen since the rotor was first released and never had any drama out of mine, even when i unlovingly put rugby balled shaped rec-balls through it, thundered on like a trooper

Just to clarify this is what each Gen of rotor has:

1st gen- no velcro (Battery strap) & no center arm (Red thing helps reduce jams)

2nd gen- yes velcro (Battery strap) & no center arm (Red thing helps reduce jams)

3rd gen- yes velcro (Battery strap) & yes center arm (Red thing helps reduce jams)

By center arm, do you mean the entire red arm thing, or specifically a sharkfin?
