As you may hve guessed from the title this is about BOLTS.

At the moment I own a cocker with a venturi on it, but was wondering the pros and cons of changing to a lighter one like the Superfly or AKA lightning, I know they are both delrin so they wont need oiling, but are there any other advantages? Will they be just as accurate? Help appreciated ! ;)

The will be much less restrictive to the air flow. This means more air can get thru more easily, hence, you can lower your operating pressure a bit. This is the only difference you should notice. There should be no change in accuracy.

When I dropped a delrin lightning bolt into my cocker not only did I get a drop in operating pressure, I also got a slight drop in recock pressure.
