Could it be the schraeder ?

I doubt it, if that part was to fail it would over pressurise and vent through the noid ports, But stranger things have happened.

HPR=1-1.5 turns out
LPR= Just sitting proud of the lpr housing

Does the leak get any worse or does it stay the same?

What do you mean by having the lpr proud?

I just tried it with the 15x2 o-ring, it still leaks

The adjuster screw to be sitting just proud of the housing.

okay, the further the lpr screw is out, the less it leaks, but when i screw it in more, more air leaks out.

Then its nothing to do with the 015 0 ring on the hpr.

Have you removed the lpr before?

i took the little bullet shape thing off, but put it straight back on, so i doubt anything happened there.

In that case im pretty sure you would have knicked one of the outer 0 rings on the LPR body. replace them and reinstall the LPR with plenty of grease and take note not to rip them or knick them.
