Okay guys, i posted this on uks, but no luck to find the solution, so was hoping someone on here might know.
I got my vanguard creed on Saturday, and it was working fine, bought it back, was working fine, then i went to use it again Sunday... and i had a leak.
I have located the leak to be at the top of the fore grip, it is coming out where the fore grip meats the body of the creed. I really don't know anything about tourny markers, so you'll have to be vague.
I have replaced the o-ring that sits on top of the grip (and lubed it), but still no luck.
Anyone got any other suggestions i can try?
thank you very much :

Foot's the man when it comes to pretty much anything Vanguard... I'll be learning a lot from his posts about these markers.

Be interesting to see if it turns out to be what I think it might be... But I tend to over-analyse and I'm nowhere near a qualified Vanguard tech so ignore me for now :notworthy:

(LPR assy o-rings or transfer lines)

Leaking from the space inbetween the grip frame and body?? or do you mean the HPR . Sounds like it could be leaking from the noid. Take the grip frame off and see where its leaking from

Take a look at these it might help

Removing The Hpr Core And Body

Removing The Grip frame

Follow this video to remove grip frame and post up what hole on the noid its leaking from. Just idea or wait for Foot :)

Thanks Fanta for the pm;)

The air may be leaking from one area but escaping from somewhere else, But from where you say its leaking from i would change the 015 0ring that acts as a seal between the body and the foregirp (hpr body).
A bottle reg 0ring is the same size.

Try and gas the marker up with the grip fram removed from the gun, you will then see a clear transfer pipe which conects to the soenoid, check that for any damage.

At this stage try and not remove the LPR from the marker.

Let me know how you get on.

i have all ready changed the 015 o-ring, When i air it up, i can feel the air coming out from the Top of the hpr, And i don't see how it is escaping through the o-ring, Are you saying, it could be leaking from around the trigger guard.
sorry i am a noob.

Try and gas the marker up with the grip fram removed from the gun, you will then see a clear transfer pipe which conects to the soenoid, check that for any damage.

I have no idea what you mean by that?

Thank you!

Okay,

Remove te screw at the rear of the marker and the one under the body also remove the macro line, this will allow you to remove the grip frame from the body (also unplug the eyes and the solenoid from the board)
You should then see the underside of the body and internals, and the clear transfer pipe.
With the gripframe off, reinstall the macro line so its connected, then screw in your air system, you should now be able to pin point a leak.
If you have replaced the 015 0ring on the hpr body, try a 15x2 0ring insted, these are slightly fatter and are used on the outer of the lpr body.

Or as an option you can always post the marker to me and i will fix it and post it back. ( vouches can be supplied for piece of mind)

Cheers, is there a risk of me breaking anything doing this, do i need to be very careful, because i have heard the eyes are easy to break, do you know any good videos with some one doing this?

Also, how do you get to the 15x2 0ring?

Cheers for the offer mate, but if i can't fix it my self, i will send it to martin, as he serviced it 4 months ago, and it is still under warranty.

I will try what you suggested tomorrow, thank you very much!

Best thing to do is send it into Vanguard for Martin or myself to sort out there, what colour is the marker and where did you get it from?

Eyes are robust and dont tend to fail unless you are heavy handed with them.

If you ahve a spares kit the 15x2 0 rings will be in there, if not maybe get yourself a spares kit for any future problems.
