lost in post is never at the buyers risk, you just keep your receipt from royal mail and if doesnt turn up you refund the buyer and claim it back from royal mail. to say anything else is ridiculous
A receipt works to a extent but then you have to prove the worth of the item you sent etc.
A lot of hassle over a £5 which i quite frankly can't be bothered to do with before i move.
So therefore it's stated in the first post, if you/anyone else don't like it then pay the extra £1 or don't buy them.
Thanks.

So you've just been to the post office and explained everything to them to claim £5 back £2 of which was spent on the postage.
Frankly £3 for me to go through the hassle isn't worth it.
Don't like it don't buy, but thanks for the free bump.

well obviously they would refund the postage, they dont charge you for sending something that doesnt arrive? you would clearly get back the value of the allan key set which is $23.50 and your postage. wouldnt be difficult to print a screen shot and take it into the post office would it. i was just being awkward for the fun of it but you make it too easy. and if it came to someone not receiving their goods and they payed through paypal theyd be getting their refund anyway if they wanted too. good luck with sale :)

Tried a 'screenshot' before with a item that got sent that didn't arrive they said i would need a written bit of doccumentation from the manufacturer to 'prove' the items worth.
The refund of the postage isn't worth the hassle of having to deal with the post office.
I'll change my opening thread then....
£6.50 posted.
Again thanks.
